Sathyan started as an Entrepreneur, promoting a manufacturing business, but technology was always his passion. He completed his Masters degree from Swinburne University of Technology and joined Telstra, the Melbourne based telco behemoth. Later on advancing his career, his focus was mostly on Technologies like Unix, C Programming, Oracle, SQL etc. Sathyan was resolute on addressing the perennial issue of "IT don't know what is valueble for the business while Business don't know what Technology is available".

He got influenced by Robert Kaplan's Balanced Scorecard, and then by Michael Porter's Value Management ideas, Stern & Stern's EVA measurement etc., his focus shifted to maximising productivity from resources, which led to getting certified by PMI (PMP) and APMG/EXIN (Prince2 Practitioner), and followed by many years of project management career. On the ITSM side Sathyan is certified as an ITIL Practitioner.

Sathyan got excited by Hardware Virtulisation and the emergence of the Cloud. So he jumped straight into the AWS offerings after getting influenced by Dr. Werner Vogels, the CTO of AWS.

Resmi started as a Hardware Engineer, but research was always her passion. She completed her PhD in Data Warehousing from Monash University and joined Ambulance Victoria, the emergency services provider for the state of Victoria, Australia. Before that Resmi worked as Lecturer at Monash College and the Central Queensland University of Technology, teaching Unix and Database Methodologies.

She pursued her research in Data Monetisation and turned to Data Science by acquiring deep skills in Python and Statistics. Her experience using SPSS helped her to accomplish as an expert in Statistics.

A Graduate of the prestigious Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM), Benil Mathew is an expert business strategist and has proven his proficiency in AI/ML. Having worked with IBM and Telstra for many years, and consulting engagements with Fosters and National Foods, Benil is also the Co-Founder of technology services company Congisonous.

An avid reader and passionate in resolving Socio-Technology issues, computing devices consume many hours of Benil's daily life.
